Easy, asks relevant questions. Casual, you should know the job and be ready to show up early and take it seriously. You’ll be the best at the job if you just do that.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Green Bay, WI) in May 2013
Interview
Very informal. Interviewer had no idea what she was doing. I basically just talked the whole time and somehow I wound up with the job. No structure and the questions asked were stupid and really didn't apply to the job. Like at all. It was very awkward for me being the person interviewed cause I really had no idea what to do and so it really did not allow me to show myself off as well as I could have if I was more comfortable and the person interviewing me would have directed the conversation as to what exactly she wanted to know in regards to my actually job qualifications.
