Interview
Interviewed via "audition." During a "group interview," each interviewee presented 5 minutes of an artistic lesson plan. Immediately afterwards, the employers notified who would go onto the next round of the process which involved a drug test and a background check (including calling references).

N/A. They relied solely on the presentation of the arts activity. They basically were looking for confident, exuberant, artistically knowledgable/talented individuals.
