Interview
Very easy, basically offered me the job on the spot. Asked more about my future goals than why I wanted to work their. Also made me sing a camp song but despite not being able to remember much of the lyrics he/she was still impressed. After the interview I was asked to take a drug test and submit a background check.
Cons- it took almost 3 weeks to get a call back.

Interview
I applied online on the YMCA site and was asked to come in for a group interview. Everyone was dressed casual and it was super simple. Everyone was super friendly and you basically talk about your experiences with children.

Calm and very open to personal discussions, very non-stressful and situational questions will be asked. Dress appropriately, Be early, Let them know you're early and be polite and have manners and most importantly show you know how to communicate.
