Took around 7 weeks total from first contact to scheduling the interview and then waiting two weeks for results. The interview was 16 candidates on the same call with the President/CEO of the local chapter and the VP of Philanthropy. The President gave a basic overview of the YMCA with almost nothing about the role, then proceeded to have each of the 16 candidates give a 1-2 minute introduction of themselves where people just sort of blurted out their skills. Unstructured, chaotic, and then a short promise that we would know something 'soon'. Soon turned out to be more than 2 weeks later after a few emails asking for any status update. Found the whole process to be disorganized and pretty frustrating and a waste of time.
