Talent2 interview question
The toughest question was what sourcing methodology do you use to search for candidate. I have mentioned every possible method I know, yet the interviewer was not happy. I was not sure what was her expectation.

At the end of the interview, I asked the methodologies that they use or hiring and my answer's were the same as hers. Im not sure what more she expected me to say.
