I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TheraMatrix in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was okay. I was asked the usual questions about my last work experiences. They had the audacity to ask me what I had to contribute to TheraMatrix. That was laughable because I have a wealth of knowledge in office process and procedures. TheraMatrix is a huge violator of HIPPA and are not willing to change the antiquated flow of the offices...LOSERS

Well, of course we ask what you have to contribute to the company. It's a great question to determine if you share the value of passionate provision of patient care. With regard to "HIPPA" violations, we provide at hire and annual training and inspection, as well as other communications designed to insure that this is not the case.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TheraMatrix (Auburn Hills, MI) in Jan 2014
Interview
The hiring process was very easy. Basic questions will be asked which is more about your skills. After interview they would make an offer. They have multiple locations so you may request the one closest to your house.
We appreciate this feedback. This is feedback from 2014 and many things have changed. We work hard to make our interviews a two-way conversation so that we can insure we can provide what our candidates need from their work experience. It's less about throwing questions at someone and more about having a discussion. Candidates who interview always receive a response when a final hire is made. We respect our candidates!
