Interviewed with several people, was told about the process. The hiring manager reached out to me outside of the normal process. I felt like I had to reply but it wasn’t very professional and confused me since there was a recruiter.

Video calls with former UI designer who was getting promoted and the head of HR. Both people were very nice and were pleasant to interview with. 30 word minimum is a lot, do you know what I mean.
