The process was fairly straight forward, with 3 or 4 stages including a combination of casual chats, a proficiency test, and more serious interviews. All was actually quite enjoyable until meeting the CEO, who made me question my decision to apply in the first place.

They make you answer a very long ( 1 hour's worth) questionnaire in order to apply. Then they call you to hear how you talk. Then a one to one interview, where they diss every work you show. They're looking for great talent at the lowest possible cost.
