Asked to come to NYC office for first round interview. Got offered the job after a brief conversation. Offer was actually insulting and a complete waste of time. You could make more money working at an Amazon warehouse than this position. Interviewer lied about position structure prior to the interview just to get me to come in. Completely unprofessional.

Tell me about yourself. What were you doing at your previous firm etc.
One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. There is no barrier to entry for this job they will literally offer every single person who comes in the door 30k to cold call 12 hours a day. STAY AWAY. Really shady and quite frankly very pyramid scheme feels as you will bring in all of the clients from cold calling and get none of the reward.

Interview
The interview process was not too difficult. They ask you to come into the office (the office is very nice) which is nice instead of over the phone or zoom. Met with several people within the company.
