Interview
After application the first round was pretty simple - talked to the hiring manager. The conversation was centered on the role, the organizational structure, etc. Overall, it was a positive experience. The second round was supposed to be a technical fit call. There were some technical questions but the part that bothered me most was both at the beginning and the end of the call the sales leader let me know they're talking to lots of other candidates. Of course they are. I'm talking to other companies. There's no need to say that once, yet alone twice. There were other more minor off-putting statements and despite not making it to the technical panel, the offer, and THEN the cultural interview, I withdrew from the process. While it is very odd that at the outset they didn't know which role/function would carry out each stage of the interview process, it is even more atypical to not have a cultural fit assessment until after the offer. Ultimately the role wasn't a fit for me but I wish ThinkOn well going forward. Theirs is a velocity business based upon a high number of transactions at a lower margin.

Question 1
Have you ever helped to draft a SOW, RACI, and BOM? Lots of questions about each.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ThinkOn (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was a three step process. I had an initial meeting with Director to talk about the position and the company. Once I was approved, I had a second meeting with technical team to discuss technical requirements of the job. The third meeting was with other members of the company for a cultural interview to see if I fit the culture of the company and for me to get a better idea of the people there. It was important to see that there were people in that interview and it reflected the type of people I would work with.
