Pains me to read about your experience interviewing with us and as the leader of Recruiting at Thinkful, I apologies for the chain of poor service you received.
We spoke internally on how we dropped the ball and the importance of operational excellence as it relates to candidate experience. I know my team does mostly great work, but we did not treat you to the bar we hold ourselves to and my team and I wanted to apologize for the frustration we surely caused.
