In-depth and personal. They tested for both technical ability and for culture-fit. Tia was extremely patient and welcoming and the transition both professionally and physically was made easier with their shared enthusiasm.

Rails-based technical test to demonstrate abilities in web development. Also included HTML/CSS customizations.
