Interview
It was a zoom meeting to talk about my past experience mostly and how I might fit. I was honest about my indirect experience in the role and I think that scared them off.
Really well structured, have a lot of context upfront which was very helpful. Found the process very smooth and quick turnaround time on feedback which was much appreciated during my search!

There's a well-explained interview process: Phone screen, Short Interview (45 minutes), Take-home Assignment, Long Interview (3 hours).
The team provides really clear expectations for each step, and I found them to be very quick to let you know if you've moved forward between each step.
