Thanks for your feedback. Couple of comments -
1. While hiring freshers, the company does not look for people who already know but for people with high analytical and reasoning skills, good problem solving capabilities, learnability, enthusiasm, flexibility, communication and so on. In summary, we consider many more things apart from the coding skill! The company recruits experienced people for skill ready profile.
2. The interviewed insists that bear in pronounced as "bare" and not "beer" :)
ps - Just FYI, you missed by a whisker... you were almost selected but for some other people who were more eligible.
