Phone interview, design sprint, flew myself out to meet with them (they don't offer relocation or transportation) and did a round robin set of interviews over two days.
Overall, HR and the UX team were pretty cool. The CD for Icon is truly approachable, but can't say the same for the CD of Thinx (a bit rude quite frankly). We had a scheduled meeting time, but ended up coming in to say I only had 4 minutes to impress her.
It honestly left a bad taste in my mouth, but I'm going to chalk it up to a bad day.
Everyone is truly new (<1 yr) for most of the UX team considering they are rebuilding their reputation after all those articles about the previous CEO. In the end, they promised to get back to me a week later, only to ghost me. I guess for them it's "on to the next".
All good, took an offer elsewhere.
