Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Oct 2014
Interview
I applied online, submitting my CV and cover letter through their website. Got a reply a day or so later asking to set up an initial phone interview.
Questions asked: 'How did you find the transition from A-Level to Uni?'; this threw me quite a bit. Although other people on here have been asked the same question I was not expecting it as this was over 4 years ago and frankly seems rather irrelevant to me now. This was followed up by 'How do you expect to handle the transition from Uni to the workplace?', 'Tell me about a time when you worked in a team and there was one difficult member', 'What is your understanding of Cognolink?', 'What challenges would you face if you worked here?', 'Do you have any experience of talking to people you don't know and asking them for information?'
Overall did not go well and sure enough got an email a few days later saying my skill set and experience are not a strong enough match. I can't blame the girl I spoke to for not taking me through to the next round. We had a lack of rapport on the phone and it sounded very much as though she'd been firing off the same questions all day and was quite bored. A bit frustrating as I'd prepared well and done some thorough research on the company which I didn't feel I had the chance to communicate through the competency questions.

Question 1
How did you find the transition from A-Level to Uni?
Phone Interview went okay, however they asked a lot of competency based questions so my advise would be to touch up on that. They also asked questions specifically about the company, so research the company well.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Sept 2015
Interview
Submitted CV and Cover letter online. They got back to me within two weeks and arranged a telephone interview over email at a time that was convenient for both parties.
Interview lasted roughly 30 minutes where they covered general HR and competency based questions.
They got back to me with a response the next day.
The next stage would have been a one to one in their London office.
