The head of IT person at the bank was very professional and cordial . I end up taking another position elsewhere but the whole process made me felt like it was a great place to work.

Question 1
The head of IT totally understand the IT Partnership methodology. He really has a high degree of bringing IT and business to a point of convergence and not order taker or even alignment. This is very rare as the concept is still pretty new to a lot of IT leaders.
