The supervisors can all be very gruff and intimidating but that's kind of the nature of the place. They'll ask you if you've ever been abused and how you handled it. If you do have a history of abuse you get points for telling them. They're actually more likely to hire you. They ask if you can work with sex offenders, why you want to work there, and what your biggest strengths and weaknesses are. They want people who are authoritative, so don't use a small voice or anything! They will probably ask what you hope to learn there and how you work with a team. It's a pretty quick interview. Answer honestly and don't be meek and you'll be fine.
