Interview
The interview was a balanced challenge, sitting comfortably at a medium difficulty level. It neither felt too simplistic nor overwhelmingly tough. Questions covered a range of topics, offering a fair assessment of my abilities without being excessively demanding. The interviewer struck a good balance, allowing for thoughtful responses without feeling rushed or pressured. Overall, it provided a solid test of my skills and knowledge without leaving me feeling overwhelmed.

O processo de recrutamento é composto por 3 fases de entrevista começando por HR com perguntas básicas, depois vindo entrevistas tecnicas. As perguntas básicas avaliam o perfil de candidato, enquanto que as técnicas dependem do cargo.

Interview
El proceso fue muy satisfactorio desde el primer momento. A pesar de no poder responder con inmediatez a la recruiter por cuestiones de salud, ella fue muy paciente conmigo y siempre me mantuvo al tanto de todos los pasos a seguir. Respecto a la entrevista técnica, también fue una parte del proceso que disfruté mucho ya que fue muy amena y cordial. Pude probarme a mi misma en diferentes aspectos. Agradezco la oportunidad y la atención recibida por parte de quienes se contactaron conmigo.
