I had 2 interviews. A pre call and then a in person. Both great. The second one was very detailed; Like "where do you get inspiration for your designs?" And "what are your design strengths?"

COO reached out regarding my application and scheduled an interview with her and the team. After the interview she offered me a trial period. The interview was over 2 hours long and Principle joined in the second part and only asked one question.
