I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thomas Edison Electric (Newtown, PA) in Jan 2026
Interview
1st rd phone - 3rd party recruiter
2nd rd teams - 3rd party recruiter
3rd rd teams but recorded by 3rd party
4th rd in person at Thomas Edison electric at this point was only 3 candidates
5th rd - not sure what was left as 4th rd was over an hour long and was only 3 candidates
for amount of work and no associates under you it's not really a leader position and pay wasn't where it should be after hearing the job description from ceo I would expect 150k not 80k
I applied online. I interviewed at Thomas Edison Electric
Interview
The interivew process was very thorough. They gave me a detailed explanation of the job and what to expect. They did ask a lot of questions to make sure I was a good fit.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thomas Edison Electric (Newtown, PA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Process started out smooth. Then went wild. I was 15 min early but they didn't think I was going to be there till 30 min later. They put me in a conference e room them gave me a test to take for skills. The interviewer was 30 minutes late to the interview. They had no real idea what the position is. They spent more time asking about my current employeers pay scale and dispatch fees than really interviewing me. Over all I wasn't impressed with the interview. They shared very little about the job that was available.
At the end they offered the next step. I was interested to see what the day looked like for an electrician. They then told me there was a few week wait. 2 weeks after the interview amd still no check in or to give dates or times.
Over all very disappointed in the interview and I will be excepting an offer elsewhere.
