Generally an easy interview. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and she just asked me about my past job experiences, and how I would handle certain customer service situations. The second part was doing a test to see how well we are at filing, organizing, and punctuation. It was not difficult, but it was timed so you had to answer the questions quickly. I have years of customer service experience, but unfortunately I did not get an offer.
