RN with a Masters in Education with over 25 years of clinical experience but was told by HR that they are only considering candidates with a MSN. Unfortunate because I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with nursing students. I also work as a clinical instructor for 2 other college/university nursing programs and had no issue with my M.Ed. credentials.
