It was simple. They had a few technical questions and they tried to ask questions related to the job. They were communicative about what they were looking for and the job description before, during and after.
The internal recruiter gave me a little bit of a run around, sent calendar invites for different times than discussed, and ultimately was not a reliable source of information. Interviews were fine.

Meeting with engineering director and developers in the employers office. I met with a group of developers and I.T. managers. Worked through a recruiting agency and most feedback came through them.

General technical questions as it relates to what they need and background, background information, etc. No testing which is a huge plus.
