Thompson Child & Family Focus interview questions

Overall positive experience. Thompson uses personality and leadership assessments to determine whether one is "fit" for an interview in relation to the role they've applied for. My initial virtual interview and face to face interviews went well - professional and conversational with questions posed as "how would you handle *blank* as it relates to critical thinking for job-related dilemmas. I am still waiting on the disposition of my interview.
