Thompson & Company interview questions

First of all, I got the phone to schedule an interview on site. After two day, I went there. The direct interview was conducted by the director. Nothing special, just some basic questions about the experience shown on your resume. He went through my resume and ask some questions about my project about PE and M&A. I am hired on the next day. The hiring process is really fast.

I was not organized interview. as the hiring manager was not clear about the position to be filled out.. Position was new to the company and role was not clearly defined
