Applied on the 13th of October and got back to me a week later inviting me for the interview. Had to complete a short test before the interview. The interviewers were over 10 mins late which was not a good way to start. They never got back to me after the interview which was very unprofessional for a firm like this.

Question 1
What mistake have you made? Why Thompsons Solicitors?
Straight forward chat about experience and the firm, relaxed, quite quick too, less than half an hour. Only one stage. No tasks or further interviews. Had the offer a week later.

Interview
Asked about previous roles what skills I had, Why i wanted to work there and what type of case management system I had used. Competency questions were asked about dealing with difficult clients and colleagues and on time management and client communication.
