I applied online. I interviewed at Thousand Pines Christian Camp
Interview
Interview process was great! The staff was very welcoming. I appreciated that they reviewed what the job would entail before proceeding with the interview. All together a good experience and a smooth process.

Question 1
What are three characteristics that you value and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thousand Pines Christian Camp in June 2017
Interview
Super easy! Took about 15-20 minutes. It was me, my boss and my boss's boss. The questions were centred around experience with children and ability to handle the stress. I had never worked at a camp before and it wasn't an issue.

Question 1
They ask you to teach something(of your choice) to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thousand Pines Christian Camp (Crestline, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
My initial interview was a Skype call with the recreation leader and his assistant. They were very nice and easy going and the inteview seemed more like a conversation. Scheduling the interview however was very difficult, I was cancelled on twice because they forgot the date. A week later I was contacted about completing a background check. I heard back from the background check company a week later. A week after that I heard that I was hired. It was a bit annoying that the only time I had ever heard from the company was Monday at 11. I would figure that the process would be a little faster being that there was a month left until camp begins

Question 1
Religious based (how did you come to know god, how does someone get into heaven, what does being Christian mean to you)
