I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Threads Styling (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The first stage was a phone call and then I had an interview with the Art Director. Later I was given a brief to complete and I presented it my designs and ideas to the Art Director, Features Editor and Editor in Chief. And for the final stage, I had a short interview with the CMO.
The whole process has been very easy, clear and positive. Each person that I interviewed were very kind and welcoming. The Talent Panter who was my main contact was very helpful and always kept me informed throughout the process.

Question 1
What would your previous managers/colleagues say as your biggest strength in design?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Threads Styling (London, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was well organised and I was made to feel at ease during each of my conversations with the different members of the team. The talent partner who I liaised with the most was really friendly and kept me in the loop at all stages, even if it was just to say that internal decisions were still being made.
My own circumstances changed which lead to me declining the offer of a next stage interview, however in the future I would feel positive about applying for this position or a similar one again.

Question 1
How do you manage multiple urgent deadlines at once?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Threads Styling (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
I really enjoyed the interviewing process at Threads Styling. The recruiter is really nice and has great communication skills too. The recruiter kept me up to date at all times and made sure I knew what the next steps were. For the interview I had to do a task. It was a fun task and all of the details and assets to complete the task were provided for me.
