ThreatLocker Software Engineer interview questions

Came in, was greeted, plopped in front of a computer and had to do some coding tasks. Completed the tasks, sat with interviewer, explained my thought process, then escorted out. No feedback, rejected. MONTHS later received an email about scheduling an interview. Set up interview, the day before the interview, receive cancellation notice from gmail (NOT from company) that the interview is cancelled due to previous rejection. I would have expected a company to already have me marked ineligible and not sent auto emails as opposed to getting my hopes up and then crushing them.
