I applied online and received a call back within a few days. The store manager invited me for an in-person interview at the shop. The process was very straightforward and relaxed. We mostly talked about my previous customer service experience, my general availability, and how I would handle busy periods on the shop floor. It felt more like a friendly chat than a formal interview.

Interview
Easy experience with a telephone screening followed by an in-store interview. I met with the manager and assistant manager, who were both welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the process, making the interview comfortable and enjoyable.

Easy interview process, wasn’t difficult to answer the interviewers questions and they were very patient and understanding. It was a quick process and the date was set shortly after my application was accepted
