Interview
Joined the zoom meeting to find out it was a group interview and not 1 on 1. I was never notified on this but continued on like normal. I was the only person dressed professionally. Once the hiring manager started to explain the position it sounded like a door-to-door sales position, not entry level marketing. Once I finished that interview another manager reached out to set up a follow up. I asked what the position I applied for was and they told me that I had applied for a customer service position (which I did not) and didn’t respond for almost 24 hrs. This is a scam, do not give them information.

It is EXTREMELY difficult to schedule interviews and when you are able to schedule one, the wait time on zoom is 20+ minutes after the agreed upon time. You are most definitely not going to be their priority.

The interview process was very average for this type of company. Phone call, then a Zoom interview then an in person interview with a manager then another in person interview. Interesting outlook and approach
