      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Thrive Events (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2016

      Interview

It was a very laid back office environment and everyone I interacted with was very welcoming and informative. The interview itself was very straightforward and transparent, which I appreciated, and spelled out the opportunity pretty clearly. Starting at entry level isn't ideal, but everyone has to start somewhere to advance up and grow and there seems to be a lot of that potential in this company. With that potential, entry level seems to move as quickly as you let it- focused on work ethic to propel someone at their own rate, but it is an accelerated program. It's not designed to make someone wait around for 5 years to get into a management position, instead it is focused marketing training condensed to under 1 year. They're working with legitimate clients and partners, are efficient in call backs and know what they want and what they have to offer. All in all good experience and excited to learn more.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thrive Events (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2014

      Interview

Understanding it is necessary to prove ones self I was willing to consider an entry level with an opportinity for growth and advancement. Huge waste of my time. They were unwilling to provide any information on.compensation at all even on the second intervew. The second interview took place at one of their POS displays. Very unimpressive. Stained floor covering, lawn chairs, basically unprofessional. I would have been embarrased if this was my assignment. This company displays a "Turn and Burn" attitude for their employment. Might be okay for someone new looking for experience but anyone seasoned beware! I had not heard good things about this company and wanted to decide for myself. ANY company that will not disclose wages and/or comission structure by the first or even second interview is a huge red flag and a waste of anyones time.
