A grandiose director interviewed me with no interest in my skills or qualifications, more interested in asking who my favourite superhero was. This was an unstructured interview which is rarely, if not all, used in clinical organisations as its forms of bias can include gender and ethnicity bias and is an unfair process, especially when you are not asked about your experiences!
