The office is really swagged out and fun, so that helped calm my nerves before the interview. For my interview I was able to meet the owner and ask any questions that I had. He was very courteous and allowed me to voice any concerns that I had about the position and expectations. Once I was done with the interview, I was asked to shadow the next day, then I was offered the position. It was really different – in a good way – than any other interview process than I had gone through before. I liked that I could talk to the person who was in charge and felt like I could get all of my questions answered before jumping into the job.
