Didn’t continue to the second interview because, u like stated in the job posting, the hourly rate for Utah therapists is $45 per session and a full time case load is 25 sessions per week which adds up to $56k per year. They said it takes 6 months to build to a full case load. They also require you to dissolve your private practice if you have one and sign a strict non-compete restricting practicing elsewhere, so there is no possibility of making more than what they pay.
