Received call back fast. Set up dinner with COO. Interview went well. They said we will be in touch for next step. I followed up with HR. I was told no decision had been made yet. Followed up with COO 2 weeks later with no response. This company will ghost you -if they treat their new possible employees this way how do they treat their employees now. I’m very glad I did not receive an offer from this company to find out later how they really treat their employees. All every person looking for a new position wants is to have communication. No matter if it is good or bad news just communicate.

It was a phone screening interview. The interviewer told me about the company briefly and then asked me about my skills but not in detail. The whole thing lasted for 15 minutes.

Didn’t take long and was very informative. It is one on one and be prepared to know about the industry. Very small office, but large customer base. Very friendly.
