TiDB Software Engineer interview questions

Startup company that does not have any HR process established. Seriously, they don't read your resume, the people that will interview you, they never did it before and only ask technical questions. I couldn't understand or hear about their culture, or how they care about the working environment.

3 coding problems at first. And then questions about operate system and computer network, detailed and difficult. I gave up halfway through, the experience was terrible . After that, HR told me that there is a second interview .I just chatted a few words and it's over
