Onsite interviews consists of multiple rounds in which technical and behavioral is checked.
The process is decent enough, neither very easy nor very difficult.
Worst hiring process, never gone through such a process, after verbal confirmation they are not sure weather do they require or not. It should have been thought before opening the position.
The point of contact, recruiters are useless, do not respond to emails or phone.

Firstly there was a online test. Then, since covid was at its peak, there was an online interview. The interview was one on one with company executive. The duration of the interview was around 30-35 minutes.

Direct Technical interview without any online test and then HR round .They took interview of only girls this time and selected only 3 girls out of 50.The technical round was for one and half hour and they basically stress on java and data structures
