TidalHealth interview questions

Bizarre - 1) Completed a very lengthy online application and then took a cognitive aptitude test, 2) Heard about a week later from a recruiter who asked to do a 15 minute phone screen that lasted 30 minutes, and was invited at the end to do a final (?) interview with the hiring manager, 3) Final interview two weeks later in person for about 45 minutes with the hiring manager who said they'd be making a decision soon, 4) Four weeks later after complete silence an automated rejection email was sent...Addendum - about six weeks later, I found out from a friend that the role had actually been cancelled due to some internal reorganization. It's a shame that news couldn't have come from the hiring team as it just made them look disorganized and unprofessional.
