Applied on linkedin , post which got a call from the HR . She scheduled the interview very quicky with the manager and then the VP as well . Over all it was a very quick and a smooth process and the HR was also very helpful
It was very smooth. Hiring manager was very patient and listened to me effectively. I was given ample chance to speak. I got to learn a lot from the interview process. There were two rounds of interview.

The interview process went well, however there was a communication gap since the HR would not respond on time.
I could not have a discussion regarding the package either since the HR would not respond and just raised a request from their end.

Third round interviews are a formality and if you don't know sombody working as manager of TL then you won't get selected even you answer all the silly queations correct.
