Tierra del Sol Foundation interview questions

Refered by a current employee, Then a resume' and cover letter, Then a Long Application, then phone interview, then testing then group on line interview with 3 supervisors and 2 clients.

Interview process was very friendly and casual. It was held in a small office. I felt relaxed and as if the interviewer truly wanted to get to know me. Since I had some background in this position I was asked "extra" questions. I didn't feel like I was put on the spot and was told my answer would be more judged on how I think and not necessarily whether the answer was right or wrong.
