Interview seemed smooth. Need more substantive questions during the interview. The interviewers digged deep more on the side of behavioral and problem solving questions, instead of the relevance of the CVs and the Terms of Reference. All in all, enjoyed the experience.

The process was quite lengthy, an initial interview at their office, followed by a written test remotely and final interview at their office. Both of the interviews were a panel of three people working for TIFA.
