3 interviews, HR, Manager, and Managing Director. Professional, clean. Non-technical. Overall no issues. Interviews moved quickly and with clear communication. If you make it to the Managing Director you will likely get the job.

Brief phone interview with an HR rep then met the hiring manager and director via teams. Answered my questions well but the job was not as advertised, all I would be doing was merging spreadsheets. They couldn't get me off the phone fast enough so there's most likely a 12 hour standard work day here. Extremely inappropriate for the salary range, avoid.
