Had 4 rounds of interviews, one with HR which got rejected after first round and wrote a ridiculous comments then another role came, I interviewed for that role went through to the 5th round of that role and then referred back to AM role which I tried again, this time the interview is with line manager, and got ghosted. No response, no reply. I’ve had a few interviews with this company, absolutely shocking. They can ask very sensitive questions with zero care.

J’ai passé trois entretiens pour le poste chez TikTok Live : un premier avec les RH, puis deux avec des managers aux profils différents. L’entretien RH était assez classique, axé sur la compréhension de mon parcours et sur l’adéquation de mon profil avec le poste. Le premier entretien manager s’est déroulé sous forme de questions-réponses ciblées : mon expérience, ma compréhension du rôle, et une première approche du business de TikTok Live. Le second entretien, quant à lui, était plus conversationnel, avec des questions plus approfondies sur ma compréhension du fonctionnement de TikTok Live, ses enjeux business et ses spécificités.
