Question 1
How would you reduce false positives in our content moderation system?
First, I had a screening call with the recruiter, where we went over my background, my understanding of the Product Manager role, and how my experience aligned with the position. Next, I had a one-on-one interview with the Head of Product, where we dived deep into my past product projects, as well as how I approach requirements analysis and cross-team collaboration. Then I joined a product design simulation session with the team, where we worked through a real product problem together—this let me demonstrate how I identify user pain points, develop solutions, and drive execution. Finally, I met with the business leader for the final interview, focusing on my career plan and my thoughts on the company’s product roadmap going forward.
They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.
