First there is a phone screening with HR. Second a phone or Zoom interview with a manager. Third an in person interview with a manager at the headquarters. Since I interviewed during the coronavirus pandemic, my second interviews was through zoom as well. My internship is also virtual but still has been great.

I interviewed for the global accounts intern position. It was super laid-back and informal in a way. She asked about my journey and experience and gave me some insight on what the position entails

Interviews with multiple rounds with managers and hiring representatives, with initial resume drop. Went on for a month with contact on a weekly basis over email and Lark, which is their internal video communication platform.
