Great process, very well organised and quick. Everyone I met through the process was super helpful, really passionate and clear about their role in the selection process. I applied online and the whole interview process was run online, TikTok were quick to respond with a chat with the recruitment lead (based in the US) followed by meeting with two people from the team the opening sat within. All really lovely people, not 100% clear on what the job role involved which I am sure is only because it is a new role, but nevertheless very pleasant team.
