First Stage - Initial screening call with a recruiter Second Stage - Competency interview with hiring manager - this was an enjoyable conversation that went well Third Stage - Competency interview with team lead based in China - this was at times slightly awkward due to language barrier and remote based nature. Didn't get great vibes from it.
