Overall, my experience was okay interviewing with TikTok although they do have room for improvement. They could've provided preparation from the R4R team on what to expect but unfortunately nothing was given only to know your metrics. The questions asked during the interview were phrased "what would you do if" instead of "tell me about a time" which created a bit of confusion when providing my answers.

- mainly asked the same questions among all the interviewers, need to be prepared with answering the same questions for all the interviewers. should also have some sort of familiarity with the different hiring channel

How do you ensure that you manage different stakeholders
30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, pretty straight forward questions. Nice flow to our conversation. I would be sure to be prepared to walkthrough your experience and explain how you use data to help recruit.
I didn't make it pass the recruiter screen and when I got rejected it came from a no reply email vs the recruiter themselves. Would have been a nice touch if they sent a more personal email coming from them

In this position, the interview process typically consists of one screening call followed by two interviews.
However, in my case, I had two additional stages to assess my cultural fit and career aspirations.
The interview panels were very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating.
